random. haha.
Lalala. Am feeling bored. A realisation: it’s cos I’m lazy tat’s why I’m so bored. Hahaha.
I’m so lazy to: 1. learn cantonese 2. continue researching on HK. 3. send an email to request NUS to offer German next sem, which I guess will most prob be unsuccessful anyway. cos there are like less than 10 of us? Actually I'm procrastinating no.3 cos I'm not even sure if I should continue the lang. At this level, it's definitely gonna be very time-consuming. On the other hand, haha, German lessons are the only classes which I look forward to. I have made really great frens there, which is quite a rare thing for me in NUS. It’s like there is a special bond among ppl who pick up a lang tgt, just like how I always feel tat there is a special bond among band ppl, even if we are from different bands. Eh may sound abit exaggerating.. But tat’s how I feel la. Haha.. German lessons are just so interesting! And "interesting" is an understatement. Whenever I get sick of Econs, I would switch to German and then feel so motivated again. I can already foresee the dull sch life next sem w/o German. Sounds like there are 101 reasons to continue German hor? Haha! Weil Deutsch viel Spaß macht! =) no idea why I like it so much, but perhaps 日久生情吧? Haha.. Okie rite now I feel really motivated to send the email! Perhaps I should include this entry in the email too? Haha..
Been thinking of how life in HK would be.. I would miss home, definitely. 6weeks, 说长不长, 说短不短。 But it's certainly an opportunity for me to learn to be independent and to explore on my own. Have so far gone thru the preparations all by myself and ting, w/o relying on my parents. Tat’s quite an achievement for me! Haha.. But looking at my list of things-to-do.. Hmmm everything still seems pretty scary.
Abit more on my summer prog! CUHK is located in the New Territories, where there aren’t many places of interest besides museums, temples, museums and temples! Hmmm. Haha. 1 recent good/bad news: my module (Asian Biz and Management) in CUHK is actually mappable to NUS. Good cos I would be able to take 1 less mod in future. Bad cos I would have to study hard. Decided to map the mod since I would be having plently, plenty of free time there. Lessons are only on tues, wed & thurs, 9.15am – 12.15pm. And so, I believe I would have enough time to study!
Been meeting up with different grps of frens for meals, shopping, and catching up. And I love such days! But there’s always a price to pay for everything, and here I really mean price, literally. Haa.
Looking forward to a busy tmr tat'll be spent with ting! (pls dun get sick of me before HK..) Get flu jab, continue the discussion of our trip and gym! Yeah busy, in relative terms. :p
Meanwhile, I should really get down to some serious work!
